New Software for Monitoring Automated Liquid Handling Performance

Artel have introduced ArtelWare v1.2, adding sophisticated tools for liquid handler monitoring with the company’s MVS® Multichannel Verification System. With a new color-coded heat map, users can see performance trends and calculated inaccuracy values over the microplate. These new tools build on other recent ArtelWare enhancements to provide scientists with greater insight into the performance of each liquid handler as well as overviews of their entire liquid handler population.

ArtelWare v1.2 also adds the ability to export any performance trending graphs to a variety of formats, delivering visual data to decision-makers and supporting compliance reporting needs.

“We are rigorously and continually refining the ArtelWare software to meet our sophisticated customers’ needs,” commented Tanya Knaide, product manager for Artel. “This new set of capabilities enables users to spot trends and make decisions that will keep their liquid handler population in optimal health, and ensure the integrity of the lab’s data.”

ArtelWare enables users to track and manage the performance of their automated liquid handlers over time. The software aggregates the standardized measurements from the MVS for all of a user’s liquid handlers, providing detailed, actionable performance information and a new level of insight for the management of these critical laboratory instruments.
