Ideal for laboratories looking to reduce time to result whilst maintaining classical microbiology, our OBOP workflows offer increased sensitivity versus the corresponding ISO methods as well as accurate results that can be recorded in as little as 48 hours.

Our One Broth One Plate workflows for Listeria monocytogenes, Listeria spp., and Salmonella have been certified as alternative testing methods according to ISO 16140-2, and our One Broth One Plate for Salmonella (OBOP-S) workflow validation includes a unique option of one hour’s flexibility before adding the supplement to your enrichment broth. This allows for flexibility and means the test portion sample can also be used for enumeration of quality indicators.

The Bruker MALDI-ToF has also been validated according to ISO 16140-6 as an alternative confirmation in all our OBOP workflows.
