This fourth and final webinar looks at water sampling considerations, including sampling plans and SOPs. We look at the methods of enumeration of microorganisms, validation, and method suitability. Once results are generated, we need to know if they are acceptable, which requires set acceptance levels. Exceeding these levels should trigger an investigation to determine the cause and allow some rectification action to be implemented. We finish with a look at data trends and what can be done for the annual data review to support the overall quality management system.
