Thanks to our proprietary pipeline for 16S rDNA amplicon sequencing and metagenomic shotgun sequencing, we can offer state-of-the-art microbiome analysis i.e. microbiome variation between sample groups and/or at the functional level (gene-level), e.g. from different treatment groups (drug versus placebo), changes over time, or comparing between healthy and diseased subjects.
