Helicobacter pylori infection presents a significant disease burden in the gastrointestinal (GI) care pathway, presenting with gastritis and ulceration of the stomach and duodenum or non-specific symptoms like nausea, satiety, reflux, and loss of appetite, among others. If left untreated, those with H. pylori infection are significantly more likely to develop stomach cancer. Therefore, identifying and treating these patients quickly improves outcomes and enables more efficient patient management.

The PRIMA Professional H. pylori antigen test (Sentinel Diagnostics) offers a simple, non-invasive, and accurate diagnostic tool to support this GI pathway and assist in the clinical decision-making process.
