Description:

BIPEA organizes accredited microbiological proficiency testing schemes in the fields of food and beverage. These PT programs are designed to meet the requirements of laboratories that need to check that the accuracy of their sample testing is as good as the results of their routine analysis.

Real samples are proposed in these PTS such as fresh meat, fish, flour, wine, juice, milk, and more than 15 analytes are offered, for detection and enumeration: E.coli O157, Bacillus cereus, Clostridium perfringens, Coliforms at 30°C, Enterobacteria, Escherichia coli, Listeria monocytogenes, Total Viable Count (TVC), Total coliforms, Thermotolerant coliforms, Pseudomonas spp, Yeasts, Moulds, Campylobacter, Cronobacter, Alicyclobacillus, acetic and lactic bacteria.
