New Endosafe®-PTS™- Enhanced Endotoxin Test Sensitivity
go back to news archives | The Endosafe®-PTS™, our rapid, handheld endotoxin detection system, has always provided a faster and easier endotoxin testing process when compared to traditional methods. Now, with the launch of our new .005 EU/mL cartridges, you can get enhanced test sensitivity in less than 20 minutes. Our FDA-licensed cartridges are pre-loaded with all of the reagents required to perform an LAL test on the Endosafe®-PTS™ portable spectrophotometer. The .005 cartridges allow for higher maximum valid dilution, increasing the likeliness of overcoming product interference. Quantitative results are displayed on the screen and can be downloaded to a central data management system. |
The PTS™ system uses kinetic chromogenic methodology to detect endotoxin levels as high as 10 EU/ml and as low as .005 EU/mL. The new .005 EU/mL cartridge is a substantial advancement in endotoxin detection technology because it can save users close to an hour when compared to traditional testing methods. The PTS™ testing platform has been widely implemented globally as a cost-effective and time-saving solution for rapid endotoxin testing. Other testing applications that can be performed on the PTS™ platform include glucan detection, Gram identification, and protein concentration. For more information about our new .005 EU/mL cartridges or about our line of rapid endotoxin testing products, please call in USA - 1 877 CRIVER 1 (+[1] 877 274 8371) or visit our website, www.criver.com/pts.
