An easy, selective and rapid method for the identification and quantification of microorganisms. Easy sample preparation, no PCR and no expensive equipment is needed! Detects only living cells.

The kits are designed to detect single species like Listeria monocytogenes, groups of microorganisms like all bacteria from the genus Listeria or total bacterial count.

Using a 96-well microplate allows for economical, high-throughput screening but it is also possible to split the plate and run single samples. The test principle is based on the sandwich hybridisation method.
