Activ8, launched at the UK Infection Control Nurses Association conference on Monday 26 September, is the first non-toxic cleaner disinfectant. It has been proven to be highly effective against a wide spectrum of bacteria, viruses and fungi including: Avian Bird Flu, SARS, MRSA, Norovirus, Hepatitis B and C and Mycobacterium.
Activ8 offers powerful cleaning and protection in a single, non-toxic, environmentally safe product suitable for medical, commercial or household use. Activ8 is ideal for use in the front line of infection control, with applications ranging from preventing the spread of MRSA and other resistant organisms in hospitals to stopping the spread of Avian Bird Flu, SARS and other pandemics in public places.
Activ8 is packaged as floor cleaner, surface cleaner, impregnated wipes and liquid soap and can also be used in vaporizers for cleaning and decontaminating large air spaces. The product is safe for use with no special precautions because it is as non-toxic as ordinary household soap.
The product is available to medical and commercial customers in the UK with immediate effect.
