Label Creation Software for the Laboratory
go back to news archives Brady's Identilab™ label creation software is an intuitive user-friendly interface that allows you to create and print all your sample identification labels quickly and easily. It is well established that printed labels reduce errors, are more secure, and are easier to read than any hand marking. The IdentiLab software was designed to make it quick and easy to create legible, durable and accurate laboratory-specific labels. Only 3 steps are needed to create labels from stored templates, categorised by common laboratory applications. Alternatively, easy-to-use Wizards are provided for creating custom labels. Advanced facilities like database import, support for 2-dimensional barcodes and automatic number sequencing help eliminate the errors that can arise from manual data entry. IdentiLab is compatible with all Windows-based inkjet and laser printers, including of course Brady's own range of purpose-designed label printers like the LABXPERT™ Laboratory Labelling System and the revolutionary IP™ series, a thermal transfer printing system that gives protection against illegible or impermanent labelling due to an incorrectly chosen combination of label material and ink. |
