go back to news archives When it comes to streamlining day-to-day tasks, Bibby Sterilin can be relied upon to provide the right solution. |
Ideal for a range of laboratories and applications, the weighing boats are available in a square or diamond shape in small, medium and large sizes. Each size has a consistent weight, eliminating the need to reset the balance pan for every measurement, with a flat base to ensure they rest securely when positioned. Very easy to use, the flexible weighing boats can be made into a funnel shape for pouring without spillage.
With a choice of black or white weighing boats to ensure powders are clearly visible against the relevant background, users can rest assured that all the contents have been removed. Bibby Sterilin also supplies a range of anti-static weighing boats for use with extremely fine powders.
Manufactured from high impact polystyrene both the weighing boats and the disposable beakers are temperature resistant to 90°C. Supplied in convenient dispensers, the disposable beakers are available in a range of sizes - 5ml, 10ml, 20ml and 50ml. The 5ml and 20ml beakers are recommended for use with flame photometer samples.
