Containers You Can Count On
go back to news archives | With ever changing user needs, the Sterilin range incorporates a variety of products to suit the increasing demands of microbiologists and life scientists. Sterilin offer a choice of polystyrene containers from 7ml to 250ml, some of which are specific to the clinical sector. |
For Chlamydia trachomatis studies the 7ml bijou is also available with the addition of a removable coverslip. In addition, Sterilin also has a range of non-pyrogenic containers, certified in house, endotoxin free to levels below 0.01EU/ml. These containers are ideal for the storage of samples, formulation work, sterility testing and endotoxin testing. As these containers will, in most instances, contain valuable and in some cases hazardous samples, it is imperative that there is no leakage. Consequently, the Sterilin range offers a choice of either plastic or metal flow seal cap that has undergone stringent leak testing to BS5213 ensuring a leak free performance first time and every time. |
