A Pipette for all reasons
go back to news archives Bibby Sterilin's extensive range of single use pipettes offers high quality and sterility for any application.
Manufactured from virgin grade FDA-approved polystyrene, the Sterilin range includes standard 1 to 50ml pipettes, and specialist shortie, narrow orifice and open-ended options for respective applications in laminar flow cabinets, tissue culture, and with viscous and homogenised food samples. Printed and unprinted pipettes to determine Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate (ESR) are also available.
For optimum ease of use, the pipettes feature descending and ascending graduations marked in clear black printing guaranteeing maximum clarity and an accuracy of +/- 1%. Negative graduations are also included to allow for extra capacity and to enable the user to monitor exactly the volume delivered.
A smooth drawn tip (up to and including 10ml) prevents any liquids or cells becoming trapped in the weld, ensuring complete delivery of the sample. Al l pipettes are gamma irradiated to guarantee sterility and are certified non-pyrogenic with an endotoxin level of less than 0.25 EU/ml. Lot number details for each product ensures complete product traceability.
Sterilin pipettes are supplied in easy to open bulk packs of 25 or individually wrapped in either plastic or paper peel packaging.
