Neisseria Identification
go back to news archives
BioConnections have recently introduced a new rapid identification system for Neisseria. Based on detection of Preformed enzymes Neisseria PET will identify the main pathogenic Neisseria in 32 minutes. The test is simple to run, requiring the inoculation of a single tube, and resultant colour changes are read clearly by eye. Already in routine use in several UK laboratories. BioConnections believe the product will be acceptable worldwide.
