Every Thermo Scientific Quanti-Cult Plus pack contains 10 vials of preserved microorganisms, complete with predispensed rehydration fluid, and can be stored conveniently in the fridge (2-8°), both before rehydration and for up to 8 hours after rehydration. Individual vials deliver consistent counts of <100 CFU in 10 inocula of 0.1mL. This ensures reproducible results, eliminating the inaccuracies that are inherent in performing serial dilutions, and helps to standardize procedures among all staff. By eliminating the bench work associated with serial dilutions and the maintenance of stock cultures, Thermo Scientific Quanti-Cult Plus is not only accurate and reliable, but it is also time saving and cost effective.
