Utilizing FDA-cleared antimicrobics, including Daptomycin, Ertapenem and Tigecycline, the Sensititre Streptococcus spp. plate is FDA-cleared for both automated and manual readings, using the Thermo Scientific Sensititre ARIS 2X fully automated system, or the Thermo Scientific Sensititre Vizion Digital MIC Viewing System.

Extended shelf life and room-temperature storage simplify inventory control concerns, and reduce storage and expiry costs. Plates are also packaged individually, allowing laboratories to test one isolate at a time, and reducing costs associated with waste.
