Clean-Trace® Improved Temperature Stability

Biotrace International has announced an improvement to the temperature stability of Clean-Trace®, the company's leading ATP Surface Hygiene test.

Clean-Trace® allows food and beverage manufacturers to objectively assess the cleanliness of a surface in seconds to allow positive release of production facilities and now in addition to long term storage at refrigerated temperatures (2-8ºC), customers now have the option of storing Clean-Trace® at up to 21ºC for 4 weeks providing greater flexibility in management of their hygiene testing programmes.

Commenting on the development Colin Hunt, International Product Manager at Biotrace International said, "We are delighted to be able to announce to our customers this improvement in Clean-Trace® performance and flexibility. This forms part of our ongoing commitment to listen to the requirements of our customers across the world who can continue to rely on the results from Clean-Trace® and place them at the heart of their hygiene programmes. Only now it is even easier than ever!"

Biotrace International offers a complete line of the products needed to check the safety and quality of food production processes; these include rapid pathogen, toxin and allergen kits, products for environmental and carcass sampling, dilution and enrichment and ATP testing that gives a “real time” assessment of plant sanitation.
