AnalytiChem Holding GmbH has announced the acquisition of bioTRADING Benelux B.V., a Dutch manufacturer of high-quality culture media in all forms of packaging.

Founded in 1979, bioTRADING Benelux B.V. serves customers in a wide range of industries from pharmaceutical, veterinarian, and food industries to hospitals, pharmacies and also supplies to regional distributors. The production facility in Mijdrecht, The Netherlands, meets pharmaceutical regulations for prepared culture media, and its quality control is accredited by the Dutch Council of Accreditation Standards according to ISO/IEC 17025. The Belgian subsidiary, bioTRADING Belgium bvba, is located in Keerbergen.
