PhO₂x Box is an easy-to-use and economical Physoxia/Hypoxia system designed for in vitro cell culture experiments. PhO₂x Box comprises a single gas controller (offering both O₂ and CO₂ control) and a cell culture chamber. The cell culture chamber can be placed on a lab bench, inside an incubator, or inside a workstation.

Combine Baker's PhO₂x Box with a CO₂ incubator to install a second independently controlled atmosphere in parallel with the main chamber and provide O₂ control from 0.1% to 20.0%, allowing for economic conversion of existing CO₂ incubators into tri-gas incubators!

For customers who already have hypoxia workstations, PhO₂x Box will provide the ability to install a second - or even third - independently controlled atmosphere in parallel with the main chamber.
