The US FDA has told serology test kit manufacturers that they can no longer distribute serology tests in the US unless they fulfil obligations under the 'Policy for Coronavirus Disease-2019'. The FDA, as of the 25th of May, has removed 29 test kits from its list of commercial Manufacturers distributing serology test kits, for not submitting an FDA-EUA application within a reasonable time-frame and/or not addressing invalidity issues in their tests. 

The FDA also now has specific performance thresholds that testing products must meet.

The list of kits that have yet to comply with the FDA's instructions will be added to the FDA's 'What Tests Should No Longer Be Distributed for COVID-19?' 

Here is the current list of tests no longer allowed to be distributed in the US.
