The R-CARD™ is an all-in-one, ready-to-use rapid microbiological test method that doesn’t require additional liquids, agar, or petri dishes to use. Each R-CARD™ product tests for specific targeted organisms or a group of organisms, such as E. coli, Coliforms, Enterococcus, or Total Plate Count.

The test method detects and enumerates targeted organisms in a single test within 24-48 hours, allowing for the flexibility to use the R-CARD™ to collect qualitative presence-absence data and/or quantitative data by counting the number of colonies present in a sample. Having the ability to easily detect and enumerate in a single test is a key difference between the R-CARD™ test method and others available on the market.
