Ceeram Receives IAFP Award for Enterovirus Detection


The International Association for Food Protection (IAFP) have awarded Ceeram, Nantes, France with the Food Safety Innovation Award for their detection methods for enteric viruses in foods. Detection of Norovirus is difficult using ELISA techniques due to their genetic diversity. The advantages of the ceeramTools RT-PCR assays are:
