Isolates will be identified both phenotypically and genotypically prior to the manufacture of your chosen QC product. Stock cultures are safely banked at Microbiologics’ headquarters, so it is easy to order further batches of your Custom Control, and quality control is performed prior to every shipment.  Technical support experts are available if you require any guidance, and of course, all your strain information remains confidential.
