Fast-track Diagnostics Reports 22% Sales Increase in 2015 Versus 2014

Fast-track diagnostics have announced that it achieved a 22% increase in sales in 2015 compared to 2014. The company accredits its sales increase to the growing customer realisation of the value of multiplexing in diagnosis of infectious diseases and its increasing global market penetration.

The company’s steady growth has necessitated a 60% increase in staff numbers in 2015 to keep pace with production, R and D and specialist technical support.

“I am pleased with our continuous growth year on year. We are constantly seeking ways to innovate and better meet the needs of our customers.” said CEO, Bill Carman, a Clinical Virologist.

In 2015, Fast-track diagnostic’s top sellers were their respiratory, gastroenteritis, meningitis, immunocompromised and STI real time PCR kits. Growth in demand for these kits, partnerships with Elitech and Biocartis and an enhanced product range are likely to lead to similar growth in 2016.
