Iron Sulphite Agar (ISA) is a medium used for the detection of sulphite-reducing Clostridium spp. by colony-count technique. This medium complies with ISO 15213-1 and is intended for the examination of foods, animal feedstuffs and environmental samples in the area of food production and handling.
