PYROSTAR™ ES-F reagents are FDA-licensed, multipurpose reagents. These reagents have three outstanding features.

• PYROSTAR™ ES-F reagents have superior sensitivity and accuracy. With gel clot sensitivity to 0.015 EU/mL and quantitative sensitivities to 0.001 EU/mL, the reagents will provide great accuracy in testing to the finest of endotoxin requirements and providing high maximum valid dilutions to overcome any interference. 
• PYROSTAR™ ES-F reagents have superior specificity to endotoxin. With a glucan buffer integrated in the reagent formulation, the PYROSTAR™ ES-F reagents are activated exclusively by endotoxins without the reaction to glucans. In addition to glucan blocking, the buffer resists the interference caused by the pH of samples by buffering it into the correct range. 
• PYROSTAR™ ES -F reagents have superior versatility. These reagents can be used as a stand-alone to produce a gel clot as well as with the Toxinometer® tube reader for kinetic analysis. In addition, for high volumes, ES-F/plate reagents for microplate readers are available.
